Using the S.M.A.R.T Method, he goes more in depth on each stage of this method along with how to stay consistent throughout your journey even when your mind, body and other influences get in your way. The aim is to set boundaries and push through those limitations, grounding yourself and removing the judgement that our society has developed around fitness, health and overall wellbeing.
