Our Sunday Sound Bath Sessions ~ Reset & Restore allows you to calm built up anxieties about the week ahead and clear away the stagnant energies and ideas remaining from last week. You’ll be able to start Monday with a clean slate of good intentions and clarity. Let your body and nervous system calm down, rebalance and reset. The Sound Session will leave you feeling restored, relaxed and open to new frequencies for the upcoming week. Sound sessions will be held in the L39 Wellness Studio.
Be sure to wear something comfortable and bring along any other items for your own comfortability, such as:
- Yoga Mat or Meditation Pillow
- Bolster or Blanket
- Water Bottle
- Eye Pillow
